Perceptions and Attitudes towards Blended Learning for English Courses: A Case Study of English-majored Students at Thu Dau Mot University

During the COVID-19 pandemic, blended learning (BL) has become new normal for higher education. This study conducts a detailed review of literature and benefits BL in context English as Foreign Language (EFL) education, exploring perceptions English-majored students towards courses at Thu Dau Mot University analyzing negative attitudes from learners' viewpoints. The respondents this are 165 undergraduate majoring University's Faculty Languages. data collected using questionnaire to assess students' opinions unfavorable two principal domains. writers use both statistical content analyses get deeper comprehension responses. findings imply that appreciate convenience flexibility BL, which is more beneficial than one direction delivering knowledge conventional or virtual learning. results also indicate improvement language abilities regarding mode courses. In other domain, there attitudes, mainly about cheating, lack interaction between lecturers learners, slow internet connection.
